Welcome to Endego. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ("Website") and all related astrological services provided by Endego (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Services. Users under eighteen (18) must have parental consent. By accessing our Services, you represent and warrant you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To use our hyper-personalized Services, you must create an account and provide accurate birth data (date, time, and location). You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@endego.space.

Our Services are offered on a freemium basis. Advanced, personalized features require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Use of Astrological Content

The astrological insights, reports, and forecasts ("Content") generated by the Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Endego and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the Services, the underlying data, and the structure of the Content. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Content for personal discovery.

4. AI-Generated Insights and Third-Party Data

Endego uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to interpret and synthesize astrological data into personalized insights. The raw astrological data, such as planetary positions, is sourced from third-party APIs.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All personalized insights are generated by an AI model interpreting data from third-party astrological sources.
• Endego does not claim ownership of the underlying models or algorithms used by our AI providers. Our intellectual property lies in the system design, data processing, and proprietary prompts that create the final user experience.
• The Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice (financial, medical, legal, etc.).

Use of third-party data and AI services is subject to their respective terms. Endego is not liable for output inaccuracies, content limitations, or service interruptions resulting from these tools.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for premium subscriptions are securely processed via Stripe. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Endego is not liable for issues arising from payment processing, including unauthorized transactions, which should be addressed directly with Stripe.

6. Data Collection

Endego collects personal information (name, email, and sensitive birth data) to provide the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

7. Third-Party Services

Endego relies on third-party services, including Supabase for backend infrastructure, external APIs for astrological data, and AI providers like OpenAI and Google. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Endego is not responsible for the availability or reliability of these third-party services.

8. User-Provided Data

By providing your birth information, you grant Endego a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use this data solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services to you. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide this information.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in illegal activities or share content that violates third-party rights.
• Commercially resell, reproduce, or redistribute any Content generated by the Services.
• Attempt unauthorized access or interference with our systems.

Endego reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these rules.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Endego may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or otherwise misuse the Services. Upon termination, your access to the Services will immediately cease.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services (excluding your personal data) are owned by Endego. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our explicit permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Endego provides the Services on an "AS IS" basis for informational and entertainment purposes, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Services beyond the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
